📰 Breaking News: Global Dark Web Crackdown Shuts Down 373,000 Sites

 

A massive international cybercrime operation, known as “Operation Alice,” has led to the shutdown of more than 373,000 dark web websites in one of the largest crackdowns in history. 

The operation was carried out by 23 countries, led by German authorities and supported by Europol, after a long investigation that began in 2021.

A huge network of fake dark web sites was created

These sites claimed to sell illegal services and data

Users were tricked into paying money (mostly in crypto)

In reality, many of these platforms were scams
